Several of the girls in my office cook meals weekly if not daily for themselves and their significant others. They’re always talking about a new recipe they’ve tried or bringing in delicious and healthy morsels straight from their ovens.
I kind of look at all of this and equate it to my situation…where my significant other does the cooking (mainly for his safety lol) and I’ve stopped using the stove altogether. The entire situation seems a bit off. I used to love to cook and bake.
To remedy the situation, I’ve vowed to begin cooking more consistently and immediately began taking steps to follow through. I’ve organized a binder of healthy and delicious recipes by appetizer, salad, sandwich, breakfast, lunch/dinner, Tex/Mex, Asian and Dessert sections.
I’ve also requested a few natural food cookbooks which I plan to learn from and found specific apple recipes (since I will be going apple picking this weekend)!
I’ll post here when I try something new, providing the picture quality is fair enough.
