You may not have tasted raw almond butter before, but the Holiday Season
often involves trying new things, especially when they’re a nutritious substitute.
If you want to treat the family to breakfast in bed while you’re all home together then this tasty treat makes an excellent addition to a breakfast tray. The ingredients are very simple:
1lb of raw almonds
1 banana, raw coconut flakes
1 tsp dark cacao (organic if available) powder or nibs
1/4 tsp flax seed oil
Place all of the ingredients in to the blender and blend.
Although it should be noted that you do have to keep a watchful eye that the mixture
does not get stuck to the side or bottom of the blender, and you may have to stop t
he blending to scrape the down into the base if this happens.
Preparation and blending of this mixture should take between 15 and 20 minutes,
depending on what type of blender you are using.
As soon as the mixture has a creamy consistency you can stop.

To make egg nog you need eggs, egg yolks, sugar, milk, rum, bourbon and heavy cream.
until they are broken down, at which point you can add the sugar.
After about thirty seconds you should gradually add the rum, milk and bourbon and blend for about one minute, at which point the mixture should be completely combined.
