This post was created in collaboration with PlateJoy though as always,
the following statements are my honest and thorough opinion.
A healthy breakfast delivered by PlateJoy, one I already typically eat |
As many of us grow busier and more is expected of us, it can be a struggle to manage all of
the day-to-day details that are so important to our health and success.
When I was introduced to PlateJoy I saw a potential to gain more time for myself while still being able to create healthy meals based on my nutritional needs and know exactly was in my food.
PlateJoy includes fresh ingredients and will even take care of condiments you do not have |
PlateJoy has options for Vegans, Paleo, Dairy-Free, even special recipes for children
using ingredients purchased locally and delivered 7 days a week .
They will deliver wherever you need (I actually requested my workplace because
I knew I would be staying at the office late) and within a 2 hour window!
Now comes the best part. These recipes are quick to create.
This is huge for me because I love to cook and 9 times out of 10 whatever I make is ultra-healthy, a lot of the time incorporating raw sides to give me super energy and nutrients.
Shrimp, cucumber and green apple salad with lemon-cumin dressing |
With each success, we are expected to perform at a higher level,
look amazing doing so and all at a more efficient speed.
It is a struggle to balance, for me – especially with transforming my body into one that can now accommodate sample sizes when collaborating with brands I admire (blogger problems.)
Each recipe also includes all Nutritional Information, another
essential for health conscious individuals.
Another delicious meal I prepared with PlateJoy |
One of the most important things in all of this is keeping your body satisfied
both with filling/healthy meals and snacks. PlateJoy provides some fantastic
snacks for busy individuals, removing all guesswork.
Lastly, PlateJoy works hard to make sure great food does not go to waste.
You choose the number of people your recipes will be created for and PlateJoy does a wonderful job ensuring you have just the right amount of everything. In the end, that saves you money.
PlateJoy will even credit you $20 after your first order when you sign-up here.
What is your greatest challenge in your quest
for maintaining a healthy lifestyle?

August 21, 2014This sounds amazing. I love cooking, but anytime I find a recipe, itโs for like 20 people, take 4 hours to cook, and calls for random ingredients that are impossible to find. This sounds like an easy way to eat healthy and have a meal at a reasonable time ๐

August 22, 2014Hi Georgina, great post! The food looks delicious. Finding the motivation to cook these days is my greatest challenge. I just pick up some prepared meals at Whole Foods but that gets expensive really quickly. I think a meal service would be great.
