The lovely ladies at Clarins’ recently hosted a Boston influencer gathering to
celebrate the Spring 2015 Garden Escape Colour Collection.
After being ushered by private towncar from our respective pockets of the city, we were treated to
a private presentation by Clarins’ own Celebrity Skin Care Specialist Christopher Truffa.
Admittedly somewhat unfamiliar with all the brand had to offer, I found myself impressed by first the quality and variety of product and colors, but also by the lengths Clarins’ is taking to reduce their carbon footprint.
My favorites: The Everlasting Foundation+ with SPF 15 and an 18-hour hold which will
be available at Clarins counters nationwide (and on clarins.com) in April of 2015.
The Clarins team thoughtfully included shades that matched scarily close to my complexion,
noting a golden tip “If you have to blend your foundation, it is most likely not the correct shade for you.”
The new Instant Light Lip Balm Perfectors provide the most subtle color
while supplying a satisfying amount of creamy hydration.
When a bit more sheen is needed, I turn to the Instant Light Lip Comfort Oils (new and limited edition)
for the perfect, non-sticky nourishing yet glam finish with or without color.

March 22, 2015I couldn’t live without the Clarins double serum, my favorite beauty product of the last couple of years. It evens out my skin tone and the fine lines under my eyes are drastically reduced. Agree with the foundation tip, you should always look for the perfect shade.
