From Outlet to Part-Time Occupation

When I begin a project, I go full force. No halfhearted attempts here.

With that said, in my marketing the growth of my blog, I obviously have goals and timelines which I monitor closely (some of which you may view in my 26 in 2012 tab).

 In learning from some of the best bloggers of my time, I’ve ordered 4 books, two of which arrive tomorrow.

Though I am more of a lifestyle blogger, which allows me to write about whatever I’m feeling at that particular moment, there is an omnipresent fashion focus.

I feel that delving into the minds of others can always be somewhat useful, and if not, entertaining at least.

A cheekier point of view, less serious, more cocktails and coquette. I am a bit interested in the sections on content management systems and explanations regarding other platforms.

Secondly, the first of what I’m sure will be many versions of my blogger calling card. I had these made expressly for the upcoming Boston Blogger networking events but have been distributing them liberally to those who show interest.

One of the sweetest things that has happened recently was during time spent with my new friend. While getting to know each other, we shared the things most important to us and what we do well among a variety of other topics. After speaking of my love of writing and conversely, blogging, I handed over one of the above cards.

The next day my new friend commented on my content and writing. I was touched they had taken the time to read a few of my posts. 

There are several other projects I am working on, one – a custom layout (finally), my final domain name, photography and even taking a blog course (offered by one of the most innovative yet sweetest of writers).
