All of you are aware of how arduous a process moving is.
Slowly but surely I am unpacking my antique books, arranging prints and candles and the place is taking form.
The two times I came to visit, these were not yet in bloom.
I had no idea I would have beautiful peonies in my backyard each and every day of the Summer.
It is those beautiful surprises that make you grateful for what you have.
The sun hit this glittered mason jar at just the right moment. Sending a cascade of gold reflections.
Or a quiet new place in which to read and reflect.
I am quite in love with my new home.
What is something small that you appreciate about your place?

June 16, 2014The corner of the couch, which is between two corner windows, where a cool breeze can cut through to me while I read or write. It's my spot.

June 16, 2014Love the mason jar with gold glitter and then with sun hitting it – extra special!! I seriously love my cozy one bedroom apartment – there is nothing quite like sitting on the couch and looking out to see the city pass by!
