The planning process can also be equally stressful as we navigate all of the aspects of our lives that require much of our time (i.e. work, decorating for the holidays, caring for family etc!)

This Christmas I wanted to create fresh sides to pair with more traditional main dishes and one that I selected from Price Chopper’s Seasonal Recipes, is for the Cloverleaf Sweet Potato Rolls.

 
As I love almost anything sweet potato related, this seemed the perfect first dish to try (and one that would help me avoid that holiday overindulgent induced guilt!)
