I’d rather make a difference than a dollar..

Affirmation…I have decided to interview a select few of the incredibly talented people in my life. Last night I conducted my first dialogue and I was incredibly caught off guard by how lucky I am to have this person as my first. Peeling back the layers of a person is incredibly gratifying, especially when you see them opening up and the person below is a rare gem.

I am ecstatic to share this first interview with you, she is a wonderful contributor to the community and without a doubt one of the most down to earth women I have encountered. Last night only affirmed that this project was chosen correctly.

I Need… A pink well-cut blazer, on the longer side – I came close to buying one a few months ago but held off. Of course I see them in every post for spring now. I hate not following my gut only to see it becoming a trend during the next season.

I Made…Yesterday I tried making my own pizza for the first time! The crust was not homemade nor were any of the ingredients out of the ordinary but it was a great initial attempt. My second is bound to be far more successful.

My Valentine… I feel quite strongly about commercial holidays such as Valentine’s Day. I try to let the people I love know what they mean to me on a regular basis and feel an unexpected gift any day of the year is far more special than one when you feel obligated to participate in.
