I recently had the opportunity to interview Cooking Network star; Chef Annie Sibonney in tandem with Spanish Heritage Month & Olives from Spain!
Spain is the world leader in both the production and export of table olives and during
harvest in September and October; olives are picked one by one to avoid damage.
Chef Annie explores the versatility of olives in cooking using her extensive knowledge as an expert on world gastronomy and the co-creater of From Spain with Love (an award winning TV series which allows viewers to be immersed in the rich diverse culinary culture of Spain.
Lastly, Annie launched the Relish Culinary Tours in 2007 which designs exclusive
gastronomic excursions around the world for private groups and individuals.
