My favorite car parked in front of one of my happy places (the Hob Knob Boutique Hotel & Spa in Edgartown). Another way Lexus is providing local delight (for the third year in a row) is through their Strike Out Hunger program.
Every time a Boston Red Sox pitcher strikes out the opposing team, Lexus will donate $50 to the The Greater Boston Food Bank.
Having donated over $147,100 to date and provided nearly half a million healthy meals to families in need across Massachusetts, Lexus is making each Sox win just a bit sweeter for us Boston fans.
Lexus kicked off the program Opening Day and it will run throughout the entire regular season (that provides 162 opportunities to strike out hunger!)
Lastly, in showing their ultimate commitment to the Boston community, Lexus is also hosting food drives through the month of June at six Boston-area dealers.
