Have you ever had a morning where you’re running a bit late
and as you press the nozzle for your favorite beauty product you hear the dreaded
hiss of its futile attempt to expel a spray yet it is empty?

Here are some useful beauty product substitutes for your moment of
need.

realized a
bit too late that I had forgotten my hairspray. No loose waves for
me!
1. Conditioner: a quick concoction of
mashed avocado mixed with a bit of milk or mayonnaise will provide you hair
with the necessary protein, fats and essential oils to keep your locks

August 14, 2012I guess these are a bit more useful for when your going to say, your family's vacation home. I know most people don't carry avocado and mayo with them but I hope they can be useful at some point xo

August 14, 2012Awesome tips and ideas, Georgina! I use lemon juice on my hair before I go out in the sun to obtain natural highlights, and olive oil as a deep oil treatment. I also use my illuminator as lip gloss whenever I run out. 🙂

August 14, 2012I heard Gisele does the same but I know for a fact she DOESN'T anymore because I know her stylist (and Tom Brady's) lol. A lot of people swear by it though. The illuminator is a wonderful idea!
