Saturday found us waking none too early and lazing in the living room with our
steaming mugs of coffee, slowly weighing our brunch options.
Taking the scenic route, we walked along one of Boston’s many beautiful
wharves heading to the newly opened Bostonia Public House.
Momentarily thrown off course, we browsed the multitude of beautiful pieces of art, fine jewelry,
ceramics and fair trade/eco friendly handmade imports at the Greenway Open Markets.
Vowing to return once properly sustained, we nestled into a booth at Bostonia Public with high hopes and a curiosity at Boston’s newest (and now I can firmly say best) establishment.
To confirm the above statement, Bostonia Public deserves it’s own post so I apologize
but you will have to wait a bit to hear more about this must-visit if you do not mind.
I was that impressed.
With our bellies full and brimming with excitement (over our latest find, Bostonia Public) we headed back to the markets to browse and buy one-of-a kind pieces.
Lola’s Urban Vintage was one of my favorite stops. A Museum School of Art graduate, seasoned stylist
(having styled for many a designer at multiple NYFW shows) and talented designer,
owner Nicoletta Lyons has created something special here in Boston.

Her vision was to create beautiful yet affordable pieces for everyone and her
modern yet edgy design aesthetic has helped her accomplish just that.
Walking back along the waterfront marina we waved to those lounging on their boats,
were serenaded by the most wonderful guitarist and planned our next outing.

I would say it was a pretty great day.
Have you ever visited Boston?
