I may be completely alone in this, but as the temperatures drop I find myself wishing to indulge from time to time in some of my favorite little treats, topping that list is chocolate.
I am serious in maintaining a healthy lifestyle however everyone
needs moderation in what they eat while remaining inclusive of their tiny pleasures.
In this post I am introducing some fun ways to enjoy chocolate (I prefer dark.)

Tempered Chocolate. Tempering chocolate is the process of melting it, after
which it is cooled while making sure it remains smooth. This makes the chocolate
smooth, shiny and creates a good snap when pieces are broken off.
When decorating, tempered chocolate often looks best because of it its less
marred appearance. Chocolate can be cooled by spreading it on a marble slab
but you can also temper chocolate by adding solid pieces to those that have already been melted.
I would always make sure to use the pieces of the best chocolate when making something for someone else.
