The weekend kicked off to a wonderful start at Fossil’s Holiday Celebration.
There were so many great Boston bloggers in attendance, I absolutely love the Newbury location.
Friday we headed to M’s area for some much needed r&r.

Saturday afternoon we headed to Winnekenni Castle to hike and a little bit of exploration.
The weather in Massachusetts was absolutely beautiful and it was nice to only need a sweater.
After, we enjoyed some delicious comfort food at the A-1 Diner.

Some holiday decor shopping at Target followed before heading to the movies to see The Best Man Holiday (enjoyed it!)
Sunday we enjoyed a delicious brunch at Maddie’s (loved the sweet potato hash) before hiking up to what is known as America’s Stonehenge in Salem, NH.
If you follow my Instagram you saw photos of the sweet alpacas relaxing near the gift shop.
I guess we are a bit nerdy when it comes to historic yet mysterious sites but it truly was exciting.
I love that “M” knows so many interesting yet lesser-known attractions because he is a member of various outdoorsy organizations like The Sierra Club.
Afterwards we had a fro-yo date (before dinner at a new Mexican place because dessert before dinner is allowed on weekends) and spent some time with his friends.
