Scenes from the Weekend

 

 I had the most amazing weekend! Saturday was the 

Blog Better Boston Style Summit at Boston.com headquarters.

I spent Saturday meeting lots of other Boston area Bloggers, attending seminars and

being absolutely pampered by the incredibly generous event sponsors!

 

 

**Note**

Alyssa from Ruffle & Curl was supposed to attend but her sister 

Brittany was seriously injured at The Boston Marathon. 

 

 

Though a lot has been raised by The One Fund, those considered

not “critical” may not receive the same amount or any for that matter.

 

 

Every bit helps, so if you are able please do so here.

I plan to do an in depth post on the day as including it one of my weekend recaps

would just not do it the justice it so deserves.

 

 

Some quick highlights: meeting Teekuh of Selective Potential, Smita of Hogger & Co,

Julie from Orchid Grey,  Isra of The Frugalette and a great deal more.

 

Saturday evening we had dinner on the seaport before heading to Providence.

 

 

 

 In Providence we dropped off all of the amazing beauty products, clothes, jewelry, gift certificates and more that we were gifted and popped by a few places downtown for drinks.

 

 

I love Providence, it’s such a great area and definitely a walking city.

 

 

 

Sunday morning afternoon we did brunch at XO (one of the most romantic restaurants

I have ever been to.)

The selection of Bloody Mary’s & Mimosa’s was pure perfection.

The rest of the day was spent walking around, popping into a cafe for late afternoon 

coffee and doing some browsing in some of the darling little shops.

 

 

 

The comfiest pair of jeans I have ever worn. Providing new meaning for “boyfriend jeans”

as they were a borrowed pair from Banana Republic 

that I cuffed and styled them to suit me for the day.
