How did you come up with your blog name? The original name of my blog was so elementary and embarrassing. It was “The East Coast Suburbanista” at blogspot.
Eventually as my thoughts became a bit more organized and I decided on the lifestyle niche, I decided Notes on Lifestyle encompassed what I was truly producing in my little e-corner.
What is your favorite thing about blogging? Each positive comment I receive when something I have written has hit home or encouraged someone. That is why I write, to entertain and inspire.
Also, the people I have met through the process, strong, intelligent women.

What is the one thing you have discovered because of blogging and now can’t live without? A method of makeup application I found on Pinterest – the tutorial is amazing and completely changed the way I do my own.
It seems silly but people have already noticed the difference and it’s the closest thing to having a professional makeup artist at my disposal each morning.
Facebook or Twitter and why? Facebook I guess? Neither are my favorite but at least on Facebook you don’t have to click a tco link to view photos. Facebook is a quick scroll for both text and photos. Plus you can’t really “like” a tweet which is awkward if you don’t really have anything to reply.

If one celeb read your blog who would you want it to be? Any accomplished author, screen or songwriter. It is most important that my writing is valued above all else.
What is something you want people to know about your blog? I love that my blog has cultivated more of a community feel with many of my followers corresponding in comments/tweets. Please continue and never hesitate to contact me with a question or private comment.
What is the story behind the name you chose for your blog?

June 10, 2013Love this! I never knew you had another name for this blog. I think the name now is definitely more you! I personally like twitter better. You can always "favorite" a tweet, which is kind of the same thing as Like…sorta, haha.

June 11, 2013Thank you, I like this one a lot more too. That is true, a lot of people have begun "favoriting" tweets (though it is a more private kind of like) it is still sweet, potentially meaning more actually! π

June 14, 2013I love this post and that first picture. PeachyPains started because my last name is Peachey and Pains because I talk about what I'm capable of doing, despite having arthritis.
Where can I find this life changing make-up tutorial? I learned about the contrasting technique and have appreciated it ever since. π
