We’ve already had the lazy girl’s guide to working out,
so now it is time for the lazy girl’s guide to losing weight.
I, like every woman, love to (and always attempt_ to look my best.
I am comfortable with the fact that I will never be a size zero, and so should you.
In fact, we would hate to look unnatural and unlike our true selves, wouldn’t we?
I, for one,love the way that women look naturally.
Still, we need to maintain a healthy weight and not go overboard.
The problem is that we can all be lazy from time to time.
Just because we don’t have the same motivation as other doesn’t mean we cannot drop a few pounds. Here are some of my favourite ways to lose weight that the laziest among us will treasure forever!
Fasting is a Great Tool. Now, the idea of not eating and deliberately starving your body sounds unhealthy. But, there is a lot of research to suggest that fasting has some surprising health benefits.
The main one and the one that I think is most important is that it speeds up the metabolism.
By the time you ingest your next meal after ten to twelve hours of fasting,
your body will burn off the calories in no time.
Ten to twelve hours sounds drastic, but remember that sleep helps. If you get eight hours of sleep a
night, you only need not eat for two hours after your last meal. It isn’t as hard as it first sounds.
Tone Down your Exercise Intensity. As we are all well aware, none of us can lose weight
without exercising. Exercising, by its definition, means you cannot be lazy in your quest to lose weight, right?
Not necessarily because too much exercise is harmful.
Simply put, you won’t feel or see the effects of your workout without giving your body time to recover.
So, by lowering the intensity, you can make your body more efficient.
Alternatively, you can cut your gym time down, which appeals to the lazy girl within all women.
Get some Shuteye. Sleep is when our bodies get the chance to recover and recuperate from the
day before. It is the only time that we afford them the luxury, so getting the perfect amount if vital.
Again, we need to make our bodies more efficient,
so they are more capable of handling everything we throw their way.
And, researchers believe that sleep makes us prone to making bad decisions.
As a result, we tend to reach for the comfort food and the junk food instead of the fruit and veg.
Pop a Pill. Although the jury is still out, there are not longer those life-threatening phen phen diet pills. For some people the new healthier alternatives work, and for others not so much.

you where to buy Plexus Slim and other pills of that nature.
We would all like to be proactive when it comes to losing weight; that would be the dream.
Still, it is comforting to know there are alternatives.
