We have all been there, vowing to “become” healthy (typically at the beginning
of each new year), buying juicers and ambitiously setting on some new fitness journey.
That’s the easy part. The planning. Where things get tricky is the execution.
What helps many is realizing all of the reasons why maintaining a healthy
lifestyle is so beneficial as many of us take our health for granted.
For others, health is not at the forefront of their minds because they are currently
without any health problems, therefore why change what is not broken?
Below are some of the reasons we should be paying attention to our health now.
Positive Mental Health.
Prevent Chronic Illness.
Prep Your Body For The Future.
Maintain Bodily Function
What are some healthy changes you have made in your life?

July 17, 2015I have recently decided to only eat during a ten hour window. After only two days of doing this, plus tracking my caloric intake, I lost weight. My late evening-late night eating was making me lethargic and heavier than necessary. I've also increased my food budget so that I can experiment with eating different veggies. I never knew I'd love baked squash and radishes, but I really do! These little (but big) changes are helping me to live a healthier lifestyle.
