I had the most amazing time on The Cape this weekend it pained me to return.
Happily reunited with my lovable Miniature Schnauzer, my only forms of exercise were our twice
daily walks, shopping excursions and leisurely strolls on the beach.
As I was practicing what I have recently learned in my photography class, I spotted
a man digging for clams. When I was walking by he asked “Would you like a photo?”Of course I did. He even staged it on a bit of seaweed. Thoughtful.
In my search for things to wear for upcoming events, I tried on literally 15 dresses.
Though I’m at a low weight for me, I was still not happy with any.
I did pick up these cute sunglasses however, some amazing heels,
chevron adorned dishware, Lilly-esque stationary and a few sleeveless layering tops.
We had delicious meals (photos saved for Fraiche Food Friday) both out at local restaurants
and home on the grill – there’s nothing like great food enjoyed in wonderful company.
Last was a trip to the marina where my father keeps his boat.
Leaving was so bittersweet.
