Here at Notes on Lifestyle, I make healthy living a foundation
in which many other aspects of my life can be built upon.
Everything that I put in and on my body is closely considered and
I always try my best to be consistent in my healthy habits.
Of those habits, here are some of my favorites:

I do not feel there is any magical number of ounces necessary but often times
our bodies need water before we even realize our thirst.
out time to workout at least three times a week (often during my lunch hour.)
My time in the gym makes me feel great, keeps me motivated
and is often when a lot of my best ideas form.
Plan ahead when you know your day or week will be extra busy
and vow to do better if you feel unhappy with a particular aspect.
just how fortunate I am has made the world a much rosier place.
Disallowing small incidents or inconveniences to disrupt that happiness has lowered my stress levels and allowed me to enjoy life effusively. Choose to be happy.

February 13, 2014I eat pretty proportioned foods and try to indulge only on the weekends. I also buy organic as much as possible and proteins with no antibiotics is key. It may be more expensive but I rather keep those toxins out as much as possible!

February 13, 2014I work out every day and try to eat reasonably well…

February 13, 2014in addition to working out as many days as my schedule allows, i try to eat healthy mondays through fridays and then let myself "splurge" on the weekends with no guilt. 🙂 that seems to help keep my weight where i want it to be and keep me feeling healthy but satisfied!

February 14, 2014I plan it out! I write a list of my extra-cirrcular activities and figure out a way to get my exercise in. Does it look like it's going to snow at the end of the week? Plan for a yoga session at home. Have an awesome blogger event on Tuesday night? Work out at lunch.

February 14, 2014My lifestyle is atrocious- I won't even lie. Aetna however is my health insurance through work. HAHA I have however written down goals for the month of March and figuring how to I can incorporate more exercise and activity with the little one. My diet is slowly but surely coming along. I figured going head first into healthy eating at all times would just set me up for failure.
