I’ve been maintaining an almost vegan diet – not even on purpose, mainly just in an attempt to keep my allergies in check (not working).
I’m feeling almost back to normal now which is a miracle in itself. I don’t care what anyone says, what you put in your body has a huge impact on how you feel directly following and even the next day.
The workouts have definitely paid off and when all my clothes arrived, they fit just fine, literally no returns.
With that said, I have yet to workout this week, soon I hope. My significant other always has a pretty perfect physique (annoying though I am not complaining) whether he works out or not.
It’s kind of my intent to get in amazing shape for our engagement photos (I know – a step ahead of most brides-to be) but I’ve never been one to mess around with once in a lifetime photos lol.
What’s inspiring you? What are you eating and tell me how your workouts are going!

June 6, 2012I know how it feels to have a significant other who has a nice body without trying much π haha! But he's been really supportive about my exercise goals. Food on the other hand…he still eats very unhealthy (pizza, coca cola…)
I love following blogs like yours and other health-focused blogs so I can keep motivated π

June 10, 2012Thank you! It's weird he has an AMAZING body but still doesn't think he looks great (and he says the same thing to me) haha. We're all our worst critics π

June 7, 2012I don't blame you one bit for taking the engagement photos so seriously – I mean, it's not like you get a do-over, and you want to look damn good in them. So work it out, girl – work it out.

June 10, 2012Haha thanks Alyx – and welcome back btw!!

Ohmigosh I could not agree more. I once ate a ton of ice cream, and I literally feel like I was in a food coma from it – I could not get out of bed for like three days. Never again!
I started doing the Ballet Beautiful Workout yesterday. It is intense but you feel the results instantly – love it! π

June 10, 2012That's wonderful! I do a lot of Pilates (a choice workout of ballerinas) and the results are always ideal – long and toned muscles, never bulky π

June 10, 2012I'm only 5'6" (I guess kind of tall for a girl) but always wanted to be more petite π
I definitely want to try Zumba! They have the best music playing that I can hear when I walk by the studio near my offic.
