Workout Wednesday: How I Lost an Easy 13 Pounds

I began this journey 30 days ago to whittle down my frame and

 be a bit more conscious of my diet in preparation of my trip to Las Vegas.

trial all contributed to the surprisingly rapid completion of my 12lb goal.

 I was thrilled with the results and how my body looked on vacation.

Though it seems I will be spending my birthday in Turks & Caicos 

so I cannot remain too relaxed.
