My coworker and friend J is getting married in less than a month and when she hit the 30
day mark she truly buckled down. Knowing my preoccupation with healthy living,
she asked me if I could help keep her on track during our work day.
Chipotle cravings? I squashed them with my quick words about the sodium laden
(albeit yummy) faux-Mexican that would cause bloat. Chocolate craving?
I had a Fiber One 90 calorie brownie ready.
My point is, this is the biggest moment of her life, she has a gorgeous dress
(sample size 0)and wants to look her very best. I admire her dedication
and can’t imagine doing it anyother way myself.
and one of the most effective methods to lose weight quickly when paired with exercise.
Making sure to eat lean proteins and still maintaining a decent level of fiber is
important – I’ve been a bit stricter myself lately and the results never cease to awe.
Cut out processed foods and keep it fresh with your vegetables and limited fruit
(during summer I love watermelon, grapes, blackberries & cherries.
What are some of your workout & healthy eating habits
you utilize prior to a major event?

July 25, 2012I'm quite the raw food person myself. I rarely, if ever, eat meat; no processed foods; drink TONS of water each day; no carbonation; no soda. I basically subsist on coffee, lettuce, water, string beans, and yogurt. π
